Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging along with your receipt to ensure the products remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or bring it directly to an Allertons salon location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
